Unplanned power cuts often occur in bad weather. We often solve most issues within five minutes. If on-site repairs are needed, we are often there within an hour, any time of day or night.

Power cut compensation
If you have suffered a continuous power cut lasting at least twelve hours, you will generally be entitled to compensation. You do not normally need to submit an application. Within two months from the end of the power cut, you will receive confirmation that your power cut compensation is to be paid out. It will then be deducted from your electricity bill.
